All sales are final, unless approved on an individual basis. If an event is cancelled, all sales are 100% refundable, including all shipping charges and taxes paid.
Tickets not in hand by BramptonTickets.com require a 50% up-front down-payment in order to secure the tickets in your name; followed by the remainder due when tickets are received. Many tickets "not in hand" are largely due to date differences between release of league schedules and physical delivery of tickets from each team to their respective season and individual game ticket holders.
Liability
When attending a game you are expected to refrain from the following behaviors:
Behavior that is unruly, disruptive, or illegal in nature
Fighting
Intoxication or other signs of alcohol impairment that results in irresponsible behavior
Foul or abusive language or obscene gestures
Interference with the progress of the game (including throwing objects onto the field/ice surface)
Failing to follow instructions of stadium personnel
Verbal or physical harassment of opposing team fans
Event patrons are responsible for their conduct as well as the conduct of their guests and/or persons occupying their seats. By purchasing ticket from BramptonTickets.com seat "ownership" for that event is transferred to the ticket purchaser. Therefore all responsibilities and liabilities/consequences are to be borne 100% by the ticket purchaser (including, but not limited to, consequences of the above actions as well as pucks/balls/equipment entering the seating areas).
Currencies
All tickets for sale are priced in the local currency where the event is taking place. You are welcome to pay in either Canadian or US dollars simply by using the actual foreign exchange rate at the time of purchase.
